COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. You may cancel up to 14 days in advance of the course for a full refund.

After this time you may find someone else to replace you but refunds will not be offered, this includes  if you are unable to attend on the day.

If someone else attends instead of you please let us know their details before the course takes place.

Fiona Ingram Jewellery has the right to cancel a course and will in this case offer a choice of a full refund or alternative date.
